Manufacturing Operatives

We are currently recruiting forManufacturing Operatives to join a busy production environment in the Burnley area. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced manufacturing setting, offering a rotating shift pattern and competitive pay rates.

Rotating Shifts:

• 6:00am – 16:00pm
• 16:00pm – 2:00am

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing manual handling tasks and ensuring that profiles are shrink‑wrapped in line with quality standards, required quantities, and production timescales, while following company procedures. This role involves heavy lifting, so candidates must be physically fit. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
