Our engineering client is looking for x3 Manufacturing Operatives to join their busy and growing team.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a supportive manufacturing environment, ideal for someone looking to build practical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with basic hand assembly using simple tools
  • Supporting skilled operatives with ongoing work
  • General workshop duties and keeping the area organised
  • Completing basic paperwork and documentation
  • Helping move materials and components when required (lifting equipment provided)

Previous manufacturing or hands‑on experience is beneficial but not essential — a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key. If you're based in or around Chichester and looking to get started in a practical role, this could be a great opportunity.
