Tasks

  • Supervise daily production activities (welding, assembly, machining, logistics, etc.).
  • Optimize productivity and ensure operational objectives are achieved.
  • Manage human and material resources to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain high standards of quality and workplace organization.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage priorities and operations.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform any other related duties.
