Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

Reporting to the Plant Manager, The Operation Supervisor will oversee daily operations within our Engineering-to-Order (ETO) plant. This role ensures efficient production processes, maintains high-quality standards, and fosters a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of ETO manufacturing processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
