What will you do:
Lead the continuous improvement of the plant’s value chain, driving productivity, efficiency, and operational performance
Own and optimize manufacturing methods and processes across the plant
Drive Lean Manufacturing culture with a strong focus on waste reduction and standardization in an ETO environment
Lead Kaizen initiatives and perform value stream analysis to identify improvement opportunities
Drive plant digitalization and adoption of manufacturing technologies
Lead training strategy and capability development for manufacturing teams
Own change management initiatives, ensuring successful transformation and adoption of new processes and systems (including SAP transition)
Support plant expansion and scaling in a high-growth environment
