  • Maintain Good Hygiene & Housekeeping at all MFG area all time & Personal Hygiene & GMP & Safety

  • Daily mfg plan mixer wise

  • Daily mfg record& no bulk down time

  • FTIR Batch made

  • Check all equipment condition & Maintenance issue

  • Nano mfg run

  • Update Audit & visit in mfg area

  • WIP Stock maintain as per system

  • Daliy SFG book Shift wise

  • Any irregularities or abnormal incidents related to GMP observed shall be escalated to reporting manager.

  • Ensuring that the integrated management system conforms to the requirements of this International Standard.

  • Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs.
