Department: Manufacturing Engineering

Designation: Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager / Manager – Manufacturing Engineering (Systems)

Reporting To: Sr. Manager / Head – Manufacturing Engineering

Key Stakeholders:

  • External: Suppliers, Customers, Auditors
  • Internal: Production, Quality, Sales, Engineering, NPD, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance

JOB PURPOSE

To lead and strengthen plant operations and manufacturing systems by driving Process Engineering standards including PFMEA, PFD, Control Plans, SOPs, Lean implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence, quality compliance, and productivity enhancement.
