Key Responsibilities

Strategic and Leadership

• Define manufacturing, capacity planning, and manpower optimization strategy aligned with business growth and the product roadmap.
• Translate demand plans into executable manufacturing plans aligned with customer delivery commitments.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and technicians.
• Support the manager in setting manufacturing KPIs, targets, and continuous‑improvement roadmap.
• Act as manufacturing interface to management, operations reviews, and audits.
