Manufacturing Manager

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Maintain a qualified direct labor and supervision work force.
- Support a clean and orderly work environment and overall housekeeping.
- Set a high standard of social behavior through education and by example.
- MOS: PPMH, Scrap, Direct Labor and Safety.
- Other duties and project responsibilities as assigned.
**What You Need To Succeed**:
- Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Science
- 6 years in related manufacturing environment
- Sound technical skills, must be fair and impartial
- Requires strong communication, problem solving and leadership skills
- Self driven team player
- Capable of working on multiple assignments
- High level of time management ability
- Ability to work and communicate with others
- Ability to work different hours to accommodate plant requirements
