Manufacturing Manager

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Responsible for leading the manufacturing and materials groups in order to meet the goals regarding customer service, cost, quality and on time delivery.
- Assign the right person to the right position to improve quality and improve productivity of those areas under his responsibility.
- Ensure adherence to the company policies and procedures in each activity and by all employees.
- Supervise the right purchasing orders placement which should specify the acquiring, delivery, and payment conditions as well as the parts specifications.
- Ensure the correct admiration in raw material, WIP and finished goods to maximize inventory turn
- Develop polices and procedures that meet the corporate ones
