Manufacturing Manager 2nd shift

+ Specific Responsibilities:

+ Is responsible for the activities assigned to him in the absence of the Plant Manager.

+ Ensures that profitability goals are consistently achieved or exceeded.

+ Directs the focus of the plant in producing the desired volume and quality of products according

+ to planning schedules and engineering specifications.

+ Directs production, inventory control and purchase requisitions. Coordinate production quality

+ of products according to documented specifications.

+ Provides feedback to the budget development process assigned to the Manufacturing area.

+ Provides technical assistance to sales personnel and other HFS manufacturing operations.

+ Analyzes and directs the preparation of capital appropriation requirements to secure the equipment.
