This internship offers hands-on exposure to real operational challenges while contributing to initiatives that directly impact Safety, Quality, and Delivery KPIs.
As a Production Intern, you’ll support a strategic continuous improvement project focused on operational efficiency, process standardization, and long-term process stability. Working closely with the manufacturing team, you will gain practical experience in:
- Standardized work development and risk assessment activities
- Time studies, line balancing, and 80/20 (Pareto) analysis to identify productivity drivers
- Layout optimization and material flow improvement
- Engineering tools such as AutoCAD, DraftSight, and SolidWorks for templates and visual controls
- Downtime data validation and Power BI dashboards to strengthen data-driven decisions
- Technical drawing interpretation and Quality Management System documentation to support audits.
