Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing needs and convert them into functional and technical requirements for MES solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing MES systems to improve functionality and user experience.
- Conduct user training sessions and create user manuals and documentation for MES solutions.
- Work with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and solutions.
- Monitor MES system performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies reported by users.
- Create configurations and customizations specific for given stakeholders.
- Perform demonstrations of the solution tailored to the stakeholder specific requirements.
- Coordinate custom developments which might be required to fulfill specific manufacturing environments.
