Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Computer Science or related.
Language
English (60%) required.
Experience
3 years in maintenance, on‐site support, and analysis for SMT machinery (e.g., Fuji, Panasonic, Dek, Speedline).
Knowledge
Statistical analysis, leadership, standard work, lean tools (SMED, TPM, 5's, OEE).
Skills / Capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks, well organized and focused on obtaining results.
Responsibilities
SMT programming
Develop improvement projects
Detect detractors of efficiency
Attend project team meetings
Train technicians
Follow up on efficiency strategies currently implemented
