As the sole engineering Tech, own technical problem-solving, process improvements, and operational engineering solutions. Drive measurable gains in quality, throughput, and reliability through technical expertise, collaboration, and full accountability for engineering outcomes.

- Develop and maintain complete, accurate work instructions, travelers, routings, PFMEAs, control plans and specifications for 100% of operations within 6 months.
