Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers to provide effective technical support to Operations and drive manufacturing excellence. Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Machining, Welding, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and production challenges. Drive product localization initiatives, ensuring successful technology transfer, process capability enhancement, and operational readiness. Lead continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction projects to improve manufacturing performance. Monitor and analyze key manufacturing metrics such as yield, cycle time, downtime, and quality performance to identify improvement opportunities.
