Job Description

Emerson is seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineering Leader to guide a team of engineers in delivering technical support for operations and driving manufacturing excellence at our facility in Malaysia.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams, lead root cause analyses, support NPI and product transfers, and drive Lean CI initiatives to improve yield, cycle time, and cost metrics while upholding safety and quality standards.
