**About the Team:** Works closely with Manufacturing Engineers and plant personnel to analyze process issues, troubleshoot machining and assembly equipment, and implement equipment improvements. Responsible for engineering leadership, project execution, resource planning, and the development of engineering team members to support efficient manufacturing operations.
