Job Description
We’re working with a highly respected manufacturing business in Stokesley who is looking to recruit a Manufacturing Engineering Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a key leadership role within a technically complex, high-mix, low-volume environment. The business is entering an exciting growth phase, offering genuine scope to influence strategy and drive operational performance.
Reporting to the Operations Director and forming part of the Operations Management Team, you’ll lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians, ensuring strong engineering support across production, NPI and continuous improvement initiatives.
