Manufacturing Engineering Manager

A manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for the overall function of the manufacturing processes for a company. In this role, you need to lead the Manufacturing Engineering Department, which includes New Product Introduction, new line setup, product transfer, process development and optimization, continuous improvement, engineering change control, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering Department, which includes New Product Introduction, new line setup, product transfer, process development and optimization, continuous improvement, engineering change control, etc.
• Work with product engineers/tooling team to define manufacturing processes.
• Work with all relevant functions to ensure manufacturing line readiness.
• Provide ME support to operations for smooth day-to-day manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• OEE (Operation Efficiency) improvement (ie. up-time, throughput, scrap rate, etc.).
