Position Summary
The Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Technician plays a critical role in supporting engineers to ensure operational readiness and efficiency in a high-volume production environment. This position requires strong technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to achieve manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Readiness & Workstation Setup
Support engineers in preparing assembly workstations for production startup.
Verify tooling availability and station configuration against established criteria.
Identify and implement appropriate manufacturing tools to enable seamless operations.
Assembly & Technical Competence
Apply knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly fundamentals, subsystem integration, and electronic component handling.
Manage PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) processes with precision; prior experience in PCBA environments is advantageous.
