Responsibilities


  • New equipment/fixtures/tools design. And make specification to match function/ergonomic/EHS, sourcing /introduction/acceptance.

  • Know how to calculate capability and research new process methods.

  • Overseeing & troubleshooting production start-up. Root-cause analysis for corrective actions & problem solving.

  • Working with suppliers, product engineers and customers in establishing quality production methods.

  • Process documentation preparation (PFMEA/CP/WI/PFC…etc.).

  • Project track and follow annual objectives.

  • Other allocated work by manager.

    • Qualifications

  • Strong Auto CAD/ Pro-E understand or design ability.

  • Should have lean & IE or other continuous improvement practice. Know well the application of relative tools.

  • Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
