Manufacturing Engineer

Job Responsibilities
➢ Introduce new machine/tooling & upgrade to meet capacity & capability target. 
➢ Responsible for assembly NPI project execution plan from Phase3 to Phase6. Including 
product design review, DFM study, line selection, capacity & capability investment study, 
manufacturing process design, tooling design review, process set up & validation, process 
documentation preparation to ensure standard work, NPI lesson learn & new knowledge 
sharing, fast ramp up etc. within limited cost & time wide. 
➢ Responsible for NPI quick ramp up production problem solving and conduct NPI process 
handover. 
➢ Continuously improve manufacturing process agility by new tech introduction, automation, 
new concept process/flow etc. 
➢ Process knowhow deep dive and interact with AME & supplier and transfer to NPI team & 
production team. 
➢ Support hot issue in plant and lesson learn update and sharing.
