Full job description Main Duties and Responsibilities Daily support for the weld production teams across three materials - Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium To support and lead improvement projects including introduction of new jigs/fixtures Lead robotic welding projects - including, research, creation of business cases and implementation of cells Help improve current processes and align these with the business' systems strategy To develop quality assurance procedures, standards and specifications in order to deliver consistency across all areas of the business To build effective working relationships with all colleagues To identify best practice, both internally and externally To create a right-first-time culture with accountability at every level To support the manufacturing operation in solving output and quality issues, adopting a systematic approach.
