Junior Manufacturing Engineer – Material Handling Automation

Primary Responsibility:
Assist in managing workshop operations focused on fabricating and machining components for automated industrial machines.
Key Duties & Expectations:
- Learn to interpret manufacturing drawings to guide fabrication and machining processes
- Support the design of systems, equipment, and processes for new product introduction or improvements
- ✅ Perform quality checks on finished components with guidance from senior staff
- Coordinate with operators/laborers to ensure smooth shop floor activities
- Help develop and maintain daily manufacturing plans
- Participate in planning the availability of raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain basic statistical records and collaborate with finance professionals to understand budgeting
