Job Description

You will join China Network Component Team and base in Suzhou, your main responsibilities are:

  • Supprot manage overall production
  • Two areas production, Work with factory monthly industrial efficiency control for labor, Other variable costs, Material balance.
  • The operators competency appraisal, feedback, and recognition.

    • Cooperation with HSE accepted health & Safety Audit, Reach target IF-Safety Frequency Index, IG-Safety Gravity Index; BBS observation; Near Miss report; lead a dept/riks assessment session;

  • Proficiently use SAP supervise to guarantee match sales requirement and maximizing the benefits. Cooperation with logistics to reduce the inventory amount and SLOB (Slow moving) material
  • Support made daily plan to ensure product output.
  • Daily planning to flexibly control the production schedule for different places.
  • Material balance average yearly exceed Management Plan setting target.
