Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Create, verify & optimize Esprit / Camworks programs for Swiss‑type components
  • Perform machine setup, parameter tuning & first‑article inspection
  • Participate in DFM reviews; advise on design optimization for manufacturability, cost & yield
  • Create & maintain product BOMs and manufacturing Routings in BC (Business Center) / ERP system
  • Resolve production issues: dimension drift, surface finish, tool wear & cycle time
  • Support FMEA, Control Plan updates & SPC monitoring
  • Maintain process records, FAIRs & SOPs; support NPI & continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering; Advanced Machining / Milling Technology Diploma is also acceptable
  • Familiar with common engineering materials & cutting tools
  • Self‑motivated, willing to learn new software, processes & systems
