  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification in automotive or HVAC systems preferred.
  • Proven experience in maintaining seat comfort systems, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lumbar support mechanisms, heating and cooling elements, and ventilation technology.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in seat comfort systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics related to seat comfort components.
  • Proven experience in automatic machines
  • PLC knowledge
  • Knowledge in electronics, pneumatic, hidraulic and mechanics systems
