Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for handling of development of products from design to production stage, ensuring minimum uptime of the release of the technical drawings. He/she will work extensively with a team of manufacturing operators, technicians and engineers on daily production issues while working closely with oversea counterparts to improve the product design based on customer requirements and needs.


  • Handling of development of products from design to the production stage
  • Improving design based on customer requirements and needs
  • Provide support to mechanical issues to ensure minimum uptime of technical drawings
  • Generate mechanical weekly/monthly reports
  • Responsible to improve the design in the product cycle
  • Operational Metrics Improve Engineering FAI release from 11 to 13 FAI per day.
  • Manufacturing Capabilities Assessment turnover rate from average 2 days to 1 day.
