Position Overview:

McWilliams Forge is seeking a high-energy, hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our Rockaway, NJ team. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will be the bridge between design intent and shop floor execution. This role is not for the desk engineer—you will spend 80% of your time on the floor, managing the technical health of our CNC shop and Waterjet operations. Your primary mission: maximize throughput in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift by the hour.
