Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Engineer with the Nidec Aerospace team, you will apply and develop your expertise to support the manufacturing of propulsion systems for battery‑powered aircraft that enable the world to sustainably and efficiently travel from point A to point B. You will work with design, production, and quality teams to enhance product manufacturability, streamline workflows, and implement automation where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for electrical motors, ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards.
• Evaluate, select, and verify manufacturing equipment, tooling, fixtures, jigs, and poka‑yoke systems to support production requirements and process robustness.
