Manufacturing Engineer

**Position Overview**:
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, high quality, and cost-effectiveness.

1. **Process Development and Optimization**:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to achieve production goals, improve quality, and reduce costs.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and practices to enhance efficiency & productivity.
- Design and layout manufacturing workstations, equipment, and processes to ensure optimal workflow.
2. **Equipment and Tooling Management**:
- Specify and procure manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures.
- Oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment.
