Manufacturing Engineer

ResponsibilitiesConduct time studies, capacity analysis, and evaluate resource utilization (labor and equipment).
Perform time measurements, process balancing, and productivity analysis to identify improvement opportunities.Lead and/or participate in Kaizen events focused on waste reduction, efficiency improvement, and process optimization.Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality, safety, or delivery.Analyze existing production processes and ensure compliance with product specifications, enabling proper standardization.Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams for continuous process improvement.QualificationsEngineering experience related to Industrial Engineering fundamentals.Knowledge of resource planning and calculation (labor, equipment, etc.).
