Manufacturing Engineer

Monitors compliance with production processes, recommends process changes to achieve greater efficiency and determines personnel requirements, keeps critical plant processes and/or operations within tolerances; maintains process PPMs and scrap of production lines within established goals. Enhancing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and minimizing downtime. Additionally, strengthened process reliability through improved operations KPI, ensuring greater consistency and quality in production output.

Responsabilities

• 1. Assures the proper production, fit and alignment of components and finished fixtures and product to conform to customer specifications; validates that product meets tolerances and quality standards.
• 1. Create and implement process flow diagrams (PFDs), work instructions, and FMEAs to ensure the manufacturing output.
