Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, validating, and optimizing machining and manufacturing processes for CANDU nuclear reactor pressure vessel components and associated safety-related hardware. This role requires technical expertise in precision machining, nuclear quality requirements, and manufacturing process control, combined with proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Production ramp-up, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).


The Manufacturing Engineer acts as a technical leader, ensuring that manufacturing processes are safe, repeatable, compliant, and capable of meeting nuclear code, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
