Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Implement capital projects – CNC machines, Robotic Automation with cross functional teams.

  • Work with shop floor teams to solve operational issues.

  • Support all APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning) deliverables in support of Manufacturing Engineering responsibility for new product introduction.

  • Review equipment tooling minimizes change over time and standardizes tooling for all processes.

  • Support quoting and acquisition process for new products and engineering changes.

    • Education and Experience: (Must Have)

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a high pace production environment. Preferred Tier 1 automotive or commercial vehicle manufacturing using heavy robotic and PLC automation .
