Requirements

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer responsible for the following:

  1. Planning and directing the work and progress of operations.
  2. Providing guidance to direct reports, including first-line managers and supervisors.
  3. Communicating financial results, goal achievements, and key performance indicators to direct reports.
  4. Collaborating with senior management and peers on strategy development and execution planning.
  5. Achieving operational objectives by contributing to strategic plans, preparing and completing action plans, and implementing standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service. Resolving related problems.
