Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Depending On Experience

Proactive are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role mainly focusses on identifying inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and systems.

Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime, optimize performance & aid the business as it begins the journey of robotic automation.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical/Mechanical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
