Job Description

Distalmotion SA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for surgical robotic instruments. You will support production from setup to continuous improvement, collaborating with R&D, Quality and Supply Chain. This role is based in Epalinges with travel to supplier sites in western Switzerland.

You will drive process validation, qualification of equipment, and design-for-manufacturing input to ensure scalable, reliable, cost-efficient production as volumes grow.
