Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical)

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Ebusco, you are stationed at our partner’s factory in Xiamen, you provide end-to-end technical support throughout the production process, rapidly resolving on-site issues and driving continuous improvement. You act as the technical bridge between the local production team in China and our Engineering department at the European headquarters. In addition, you support material localization initiatives to optimize cost, lead times, and supply chain resilience.

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for bus production at the partner’s factory;

• Lead on-site validation of solutions and contribute to production process optimization to promote standardization and efficiency
