Responsibilities :




  • Support skilled machinists in the production of high precision, regulated CNC machining.

  • Lead improvements in productivity by recommending staffing efficiency and machine utilization.

  • Assist in achieving quality, delivery, and cost targets.

  • Lead by example to help strengthen accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement culture.

  • Identify and help implement opportunities for the professional growth of machinists.
