Job Description
Purpose To support production by delivering, maintaining and improving equipment and processes.
Responsibilities
Analyze equipment downtime/efficiency/issues to determine improvement opportunities and then implement programming changes to existing equipment.
Modify programming to existing equipment for product design changes.
Review electrical component technologies/suppliers for equipment specifications and sourcing decisions.
Research new technologies and investigate incorporating into new or existing equipment.
Evaluate feasibility of integrating new products/technologies into existing equipment.
Analyze and implement the programming requirements for different processes on Automation and manual production lines.
Propose and implement ideas to improve and standardize programming methodology of new and existing equipment.
