MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - ASSEMBLY

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare assembly process WI and PFMEA for new product
  • Discuss with QE and Production to confirm the WI and PFMEA
  • Update the WI and PFMEA according to the request of customer audit or quality improvement or EC etc.
  • WI training for operator in order to standardize the machine operation or process
  • Modify the tooling according to the request of customer or quality improvement or EC or efficiency improvement etc.
  • Complete and publish the revised tooling drawing in order to adapt for EC and improvement request
  • Cooperate with QE and Production to revise related documents (WI & PFMEA etc.) for customer audit
  • Cooperate with QE and Production to find the root cause and correct action for customer complaint in order to satisfy the customer
  • New assembly machine design and conditioning
