Job Description
**Overview**
Responsible to the Production Engineering Department Manager. Works with machinists to support production line workstations and assembly fixtures. Coordinates with independent contractors on production engineering activities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for the management of independent contractors working on projects.
+ Coordinates activities between in-house machine shop machinists and production engineering. This includes verifying drawings issued by engineers for machinists’ responsibilities.
+ Design production line workstations and assembly fixtures for existing and new products.
+ Assist maintenance in repair of production line equipment as needed.
+ Assist facilities maintenance when repair is needed for building and related equipment on premises.
+ Other duties as assigned.

+ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with 2 years of experience or 10 years of related experience....
