We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer responsible for supporting the development, build, and refinement of prototypes and early production units. This role requires strong shop-floor presence to assemble components, test equipment, and troubleshoot issues in real time while partnering closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and build quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
Core responsibilities are focused on the physical build process:
+ Prototype and product builds: Support hands-on assembly of prototypes and low-volume builds using standard tools and equipment.
+ Process development and tooling: Assist in designing and building jigs, fixtures, and assembly aids.
+ Shop floor support: Provide daily technical support to production teams and help resolve build issues.
