Your Contribution
Lead blowmolding lines to deliver the production plan on time, in spec, meeting targets for OEE, scrap/rework and downtime.Safeguard quality, safety, environment compliance; stop production when risk is identified.Coordinate closely with Quality on issues, containment, and permanent corrective actions.Work with Maintenance to address line/machine breakdowns and plan preventive activities.Run trial builds for new products/projects per Blowmolding VSL (Value Stream Leader) instructions; share results and follow up actions.Ensure accurate, up-to-date forms, records, and production documentation for the area.Drive continuous improvement in standards, cycle time stability and changeover discipline.Train and coach operators, setters, and team leaders; close gaps identified in audits.Collaborate with MP&L on packaging, shipments, and production planning n...
