This role will involve collaborating with operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to drive improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics. You will work closely with production teams to perform problem solving and root cause analysis, lead continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing techniques, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and yield improvement.
