Job Summary of the Industrial Engineer: The Industrial Engineer will lead the identification of issues hindering product flow, utilizing lean tactics to alleviate process bottlenecks and diminish work in progress (WIP). Responsibilities also include managing the IE operators and technicians, giving guidance, and enhancing their skills and performance.


Job Duties & Responsibilities of the Industrial Engineer:

  • Lead and execute lean activities at the facility, such as 5S, standard work, visual management, pace to takt, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and 8D to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.

  • Lead in fostering the professional growth of facility Leads, Supervisors, and Managers by being a proactive change maker that drives a CI culture.
