Job Description

Mechanical Engineer, Salary £36,000 to £42,000, Gloucester based in the GL2 area, 33 days leave, 37 hours Monday to Friday, early finish Friday pension, life assurance parking, potential for flexible start finish times, permanent role.

Our client is a market leader within their field supplying to the Aerospace, Automotive and Engineering Industries - due to an increase in their order book they are looking to recruit an all‑round Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer to support their current Engineering Team and Customers.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing estimate costs for materials, labour and services to prepare customer quotations
  • Assist in providing manufacturing steps including tooling, bills of material and process routings
  • Providing Technical Customer Service
  • Liaising with various internal departments, the shop floor and customers
  • Quality processes are being adhered to
