Selectek is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to improve the manufacturing process for a client in Birmingham, AL. They are looking to improve the KPI and efficiency in the plant.
Responsibilities:
The Manufacturing Engineer's primary responsibilities will be to focus on continuous improvement for manufacturing operations by analyzing, developing, and implementing cost-effective manufacturing solutions to support KPI's. This position will be involved with and leading the implementation of 5S, conducting kaizen events, product quality improvements, root cause analysis, and cost reduction initiatives.
